Non Solo Grano is a special multicereal mix suitable for producing Pizza Classica doughs. The presence of the Mother Yeast Naturkraft allows to obtain a very digestible and light pizza and a friable consistency with rich and intense flavor. We recommend using it in doughs which need long leavenings at controlled temperature (refrigerators).
