Naturkraft Verace

Made from special dried Mother Yeast powder and obtained thanks to an original and innovative technology. The natural drying of the Fresh Mother Yeast has allowed us to obtain a product that presents a perfect balance between yeasts and the best bacterial lactic strains. It is a product that has been certified by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana, specifically for cooking in a high temperature wood oven. When using Naturkraft it is advisable to reduce the amount of beer yeast in the dough by 20%.
