Quality control of Le 5 Stagioni products provides for particularly rigorous chemical and physical analyses.  The Agugiaro&Figna Research & Development Centre can now rely on a team of technicians that is always striving to keep pace with the demands of the clientele and to develop new products that will satisfy each and every need to perfection.  

At the R&D centre in Curtarolo (PD), new analyses and experiments are under way every day to improve and monitor existing products continuously and to create new ones. Periodically, the Le 5 Stagioni technicians visit clients personally to tailor to their individual requirements.

Courses & demonstrations

At the R&D centre in Curtarolo (PD), the Le 5 Stagioni technicians periodically organise demonstrations and courses to offer clients the opportunity to be informed about the latest new products on the pizza flour market or to ask for explanations and greater detail about the best way to use existing products. With the assistance of the technical personnel, Le 5 Stagioni clients can even create their own individual mixtures, to have the flour or semi-processed product that best meets their needs.

 Such days are an opportunity for dialogue with whoever wants to get to know the world of Le 5 Stagioni, but also with those who already belong. It is also possible to request courses or demonstrations about particular requirements. Our laboratory is prepared to accept and plan them.
